I went on to spend over seven years in retail management, where I honed my skills in client relations, problem-solving, and team leadership. Most recently, I spent more than three years as a personal banker, working closely with individuals, families, and businesses on a range of financial matters including credit and lending, mortgages and refinances, trust and business accounts, and probate proceedings.
